We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized window film products. Please note that custom-cut films and bespoke designs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the window film and place it back into its original protective tube or box to ensure it is not creased during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
